Solar
Thermal

Solar Therm is designed to produce hot water harnessing the sun (or daylight) to a property by means of a stored water (unvented hot water cylinders). Like a hot water tank in your airing cupboard. This design is common and can be seen in many holiday places like Cyprus, Spain, Turkey and Greece etc.
This accompanied by a normal boiler will save you money and provide constant hot water.

Solar
PV

Solar PV (or Solar Photovoltaics) produce electricity by harnessing the sun (or daylight).
It is relatively modern, but with todays technology Panels have become more efficient. Meaning that when installed correctly, your house could be supplied with electricity. It can also supply and support air and ground source heat pumps. The remainder can be stored in Batteries or can be put back into the National Grid.

Air Source Heat Pumps

Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) is designed to produce heat using the air around us.
We are all qualified to install, maintain this equipment.

This is relatively the cheaper and more practical of the two types of heat pumps.
This works really well with Solar PV.
Once installed, all that is required is regular maintenance.

Ground Source Heat Pumps

Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) is designed to produce heat using the ground around us. By means of a vertical boreholes or Horizontal trench filled with pipes containing liquid.
This type of renewable energy is the most expensive to install, due to the nature and size (or depth) of land required.
